This Sunday…set your clocks back…gain one hour of sleep!

Our Villa of Hope School will break for the Thanksgiving holiday on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. School will be closed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday…November 24, 25, and 26. We will reopen on Monday, November 29, 2021.

Our School community will join in a festive traditional Thanksgiving meal on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. Thank you to our team of Chefs for the homemade meal, and to our Human Ecology students for the desserts. This was made possible with the generous donations from our Young Professionals and Wegmans. Thank you!

We thank all of our Veterans for their bravery and commitment to the health and safety of our America. You are our Villa of Hope School’s Superheroes!

Villa of Hope School will be closed on Thursday, November 11, 2021 to honor our Veterans! School will reopen on Friday, November 12, 2021.

Our First Friday Half-Day at Villa of Hope School is scheduled for November 5, 2021. Students will be in session at school until 11:45. Our Villa of Hope Staff will be participating in a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Training-Safe Zone…our work includes learning more about how to best meet the needs of our LGBQT+ community.

Our Art Students at Villa of Hope School have been creating MONSTERS…just in time for Halloween…check out the biggest of them all…Thank you to Cheyanne…Art Student Extraordinary!

Just a reminder…

No School on Friday, October 8th for Professional Development and No School on Monday, October 11, 2021 for Indigenous Peoples’ Day!

School will reopen on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

Flowers and Vegetables abound…from seed to seedling to plant!

Human Ecology is making Salsa, Sauce, and Pickles with our vegetable harvest each week!

On Thursday, August 12, 2021 our students and staff performed in front of students, families, and staff. The performances included poetry reading, singing, dancing, and a percussion performance with buckets and more.

So proud of our Students, Staff and School! Thank you Ms. Sen…your inspiration shined!

Summer School ends on Friday, August 13, 2021. Thank you to our staff and students for their participation and achievements this summer. Returning after our COVID Hybrid year was challenging…but we persevered and found opportunities to grow and change.

I am so proud of our Villa of Hope School!
