Kimberle Ward, Director of Education, joined the Villa of Hope family on July 22, 2019. Kim is a retired NYS educator and administrator after 30 years of public school service. She is thrilled to be part of the Villa of Hope Organization, and looks forward to working with the students, families and staff as the new school year, 2019-2020 begins on September 5, 2019.
Ms. Ward lives in Brighton with her husband Bob. Bob is the Athletic Director at St. John Fisher College, and retired Basketball Coach. They are parents to two grown children:
Morghan Golofaro, her husband, and daughter live in Pittsford.
Matthew Vahue, his wife, and daughter live in Fairport.
Both Kim and Bob enjoy spending time at home with their 13 year old Yorkie-Pooh, Maddie. Maddie is all of 10 pounds, but has a personality all her own.
Kim is an avid runner, running 6 miles before school each day. She loves to ski in the winter, read, cook, and most importantly…spending time with her granddaughters Frankie and Misha.
Ms. Ward is anxious to meet our families and community partners as she begins her tenure as the Director of Education at Villa of Hope School. Be sure to follow her BLOG posts on the website for updates and important information.
